Participation in the events, clinics and adventures offered by Equus 101 Pty Ltd are done so at various venues. Whilst these venues vary in the amount of weather proofing, some being outdoor, some partially covered and some fully enclosed environments we advise that some functions may be affected by the unpredictability of weather.

Participants acknowledge at the time of booking, in the bookings terms and conditions for the various events, that their monies shall not be refunded unless the event is cancelled by Equus 101.

Cancellation arrangements are made under the following terms and conditions:

    1. If participants provide 48 hours or more notification prior to commencement of the event/activity of their inability to attend then that
        booking may be transferred to another date without penalty. This is providing that that event actually is reoccurring. If the event
        is a special clinic and/or a one off event, see the specific terms and conditions of cancellation for that event.
    2. If participants provide 48 hours or more notification prior to commencement of the event/activity of their inability to attend full
        cancellations or refunds attract a 10% administration fee.
    3. Less than 48 hours notice prior to commencement of the event/activity provide for:
          a. Booking can be postponed or transferred to another available date and a 50% credit of fees paid applies towards a future
              booking, or
          b. No refunds for no shows, or
          c. No refunds for cancelled bookings where no alternative date or booking is made.
    4. Events/bookings cancelled by Equus 101 for whatever reason are transferrable to another date without penalty. If a refund is
        requested an administration fee of 10% for such may apply.

Equus 101 recommends that all participants review the various weather sites for full consideration of the clothing and preparations needed for their booked event.
